Recently in addition to the statements attributed to one of the president's advisors, that was published in Pool (Money) newspaper on 25th of January (in which referring to a person called Goldman, he has called the Jews as the top nation in terms of telling lies throughout the history). Some of the programs and TV serials produced in the radio and television also address the political issues without making any differentiation between the Jewish mottos and the Zionist's political thoughts, and this has really astonished the Jewish Iranians.
Firstly, the Judaism is a monotheistic religion and making reference to the Jewish nation makes no sense.
Secondly, different anthropologic and psychological studies have proved that all human beings have got similar characteristics and there is no evidence available to show that a special race, sex, nation or religion is more prominent in terms of positive or negative attributes.
But throughout the history, there have been always some groups who have invidiously attributed specific features to other individuals or groups, and as historical evidences show, they have been usually in pursuit of specific political objectives.
Since the Jewish Iranians are an indivisible part of the body of Iranian nation, they have naturally taken some characteristics like other part of the noble Iranian nation and they have always taken their steps in order to defend the national interests of the country, keeping their religious and cultural values and identity.
Now that we are to begin the anniversary of the Islamic revolution's victory under the leadership of the supreme founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and currently being leaded by the supreme leader, these statements are not a suitable step in order to strengthen the national unity.
Therefore, we, the Jewish Iranians, having followed the religion of Prophet Moses, do not agree with these statements and accusations and hereby state that like other followers of monotheistic religions, the Jews also have some characteristics that are similar to other monotheists. So the appearance of positive and negative characteristics in all people of the world is an anticipatable process.
We strongly believe that in current situation of the world, all followers of monotheistic religions are bound to fight with imperialism and avoid setting forth divisive issues, in order to defend the monotheistic values.
