Following the determination of the Authority of Iran Jewish Community The Award of the Board of Directors of Tehran Jewish Committeeis publicized as follows: With reference to the negotiations and resolutions of the meeting dated 26 August 2007 in Tehran Jews Association’s board of directors, and as per clause 1-4 of the Articles of Association, Rabbi Soleiman Sedighpour, who is known for good records and reputation, is introduced as the religious authority of Iran’s Jews for obtaining the Marriage and Divorce Registry Office of Tehran Jews and for supervision on the religious issues of Iran’s Jews and for obtaining the religious orders of the Judaism.
