Ordinary Regular General Meeting of Tehran’s Jews Association was held in Tehran’s Abrishami Synagogue on 25 July 2003, in which the representatives from Interior Ministry and a majority of Jewish people took part. At the beginning, Dr. Abraham Beral was elected as the age-wise chairman and Edmond Moallemi, Shahab Shahami-Far, Farid Yashar, Sepehr Yaghoubian, and Afshin Seleh were elected as the board of directors of the General Meeting, through polling. According to the meeting agenda, Hamideh Masjedi, the secretary of the board of directors of Tehran’s Jews’ Association, read the Annual Report of the Board of Directors. Later, the investigator of the board of directors, Manoochehr Omrani presented the financial balance report for 2002 until 2003, and Saeed Foroozanfar presented the investigators’ statement. After the questions and answers about the performance of the board of directors, through a written polling, Parviz Gerami, Manoochehr Omrani and Farzad Toobian were elected as the new investigators of the Board of Directors. |
